The Armani Group is explicitly committed to ensuring product quality and safety for its customers. Therefore, it is a fundamental right of the consumer to receive all the guarantees that the item purchased is authentic and possesses all the characteristics that this authenticity guarantees. Starting from the Autumn/Winter 2018-2019 season, the Armani Group adopted a new Brand Protection solution that has been progressively extended to all lines, to protect consumers and the Group from forgeries. Certilogo® is a technology based on a special recognition code on each item: anyone can access the Certilogo® certification service from a PC, tablet or smartphone and verify the authenticity of the product. The easy-to-use and immediate service is available in eight languages and can be activated both before and after purchase, including for products purchased online. In addition to ensuring the authenticity of the product purchased, this system allows for a direct dialogue between the Group and the consumer, increasing the traceability and transparency of our products, bringing us in line with future European regulations and strengthening our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
